An integral part of our service is planned maintenance checks, which enable any malfunctions and consequent machine down time to be prevented.

For extraordinary and emergency maintenance intervention work, we offer an on demand, rapid intervention service at the site of the client for all problems which cannot be resolved at remotely using the tele-diagnostics services.

This service is guaranteed throughout the world by our international technical assistance network.

Maintenance contracts

In order to give a maximum peace of mind to our customers, standard maintenance contracts can be promoted for our equipment. This includes the scheduled technical visits of our technicians to double-check the lines status, verify the working performances, adjust all parameters to obtain the best working conditions and suggest eventual parts replacements.

Thanks to this important service our customers can take advantage of our long experience in order to always have the best performances on their Ficep lines.

Our customer, depending on their needs, can count on three different support packages.

HOTLINE & REMOTE SUPPORT CONTRACT

This package is included free of charge in the supply of all the Ficep lines and includes:

  • Hot-line assistance from our specialized technical staff that is able by phone to recognize, analyze and diagnose technical or application problems

  • Remote support via Teleservice, a telemetric assistance used to resolve software related or configuration issues, which enables remote interaction with the machine

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

This is an annual preventative maintenance contract which includes all the services of the basic package plus the following:

  • Periodic on-site visits by our factory trained technician to check the lines status, productivity, verify and adjust the parameters and suggest eventual parts replacement

  • Special pricing for the supply of spare parts, consumables, extra- after-sales services and maintenance training on the line
