With automatic macro recognition, reduced manual operations, automatic nesting and feasibility checks, error-free programs are guaranteed, all included as standard in the delivery of the machine.

SmartRob Software: advanced simulation

In addition, NOZOMI can be equipped with SmartRob software, a ‘digital twin’ simulator integrated directly into Steel Projects for easy interfacing. Available in OFFICE and CNC versions, SmartRob allows you to simulate the entire working cycle in the office, verifying the correctness of the program before sending it to the machine. The 3D simulation of the entire work cell reproduces the real work sequence, showing actual materials, robotic arm movements and overall dimensions. The color-coded representation facilitates the identification of the various work phases and parts.

The CNC version allows the operator to perform additional checks directly on the machine before starting production. SmartRob also allows the simulation of the entire nesting, enabling accurate cycle time estimates, particularly useful for new orders or special parts.
