FICEP OPENS A NEW CHAPTER IN ALPHARETTA-USA: INNOVATION, GROWTH AND WHAT’S NEXT

FICEP Corporation is entering a new and exciting phase of its growth in the United States with the opening of its new headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia. This strategic project represents far more than a simple expansion: it is a clear and tangible sign of a long-term investment in the North American market and in the steel construction community as a whole.

Set on an area of nearly 20 acres, the new campus — in its first phase — includes approximately 60,000 square feet dedicated to warehouse space, a large showroom and a modern two-story office building. The facility has been designed to become a key operational hub for FICEP’s activities in the United States, supporting assembly, testing and, looking ahead, localized production according to a “local-for-local” approach.

The Alpharetta headquarters has been conceived with a strong focus on innovation and training. Inside, it will host advanced technologies such as robotic welding systems, hybrid laser and drilling/milling solutions and integrated platforms enhanced by artificial intelligence for energy monitoring and carbon footprint analysis. The site will also serve as a reference point for the development and demonstration of BIM 4D and 5D technologies, contributing to the evolution of increasingly intelligent and sustainable steel processing.

A particularly meaningful moment accompanied this important step: on April 22 FICEP hosted the New HQ Preview & Celebration Event — an exclusive gathering organized at the new Alpharetta headquarters in conjunction with NASCC exhibition in Atlanta. Guests had the opportunity to discover the new facility through guided tours, experiencing firsthand the spaces that will soon become a cornerstone of FICEP’s operations in the U.S. The event also offered an important moment of networking, bringing together customers, partners and industry professionals in a dynamic and forward-looking environment. As part of our New HQ Preview Event, a portion of the evening honored Semper Fi & America’s Fund’s mission supporting wounded, critically ill, and injured U.S. service members. This event was our way of thanking those who make U.S. industry thrive.

This occasion was conceived as a way to thank all those who contribute every day to the growth of the industry, while also creating new connections and strengthening existing relationships. It was a moment to share ideas, exchange perspectives, and align on a common vision for the future.

Following this, from April 22 to 24, FICEP — together with FICEP Corp — took part in NASCC: The Steel Conference in Atlanta, one of the most important events for the steel construction sector in North America. The close timing and proximity of these events further reinforced the strategic importance of the Alpharetta opening, creating a unique opportunity to engage directly with the market and showcase the latest innovations.
