At the heart of GEMINI LASER is its powerful laser source, available in power ratings from 12 to 30 kW, with higher powers available upon request. This enables the machine to cut plates ranging from 5 mm up to 60 mm and beyond, ensuring precise, high-quality results, lower operating costs, and extended nozzle life.
A major advantage of GEMINI LASER is its reduced cutting width, which minimizes slag production. The innovative laser source also removes fiber length limitations, allowing multiple plates to be processed simultaneously for maximum productivity.
For complex bevel cuts, a ±45° laser head is available, capable of V, Y, X, and K profiles, optimizing welding preparation.

The machine’s automatic tool changer, with up to 24 positions, enables smooth transitions between operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Its compact double-beam structure is engineered to minimize deflection and ensure superior stability during machining, without the need for special foundations. The intelligent clamping system automatically adjusts to variations in plate thickness, reducing setup times and extending tool life. GEMINI LASER can be combined with an independent part unloading system to further streamline production. Available in two configurations: a 4- or 6-axis robot with a single or double magnetic system, or a Cartesian robot with a single magnet. Both options ensure reliable part removal and storage. Automatic skeleton removal keeps the workspace organized and safe at all times.
Supporting these capabilities, Steel Projects software optimizes production management from design to manufacturing improving communication between the technical office and the workshop.
