NEW LASER CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

The Gemini LASER can process plates from 5 mm to 60 mm (1/4” –2-3/8”) thick and is available with laser sources from 12 kW to 30 kW, delivering competitive, high-quality cuts on both mild and stainless steel. Additionally, more powerful laser sources exceeding 30 kW are offered based on application needs.

AUTOMATIC NOZZLE CHANGER

For seamless operation, the automatic nozzle changer optimizes performance with brushing and calibration, ensuring durability and adaptability.

DRILLING UNIT

The high-speed machining spindle allows extremely productive drilling of holes from 5 to 60mm (1/4” –2-3/8”). For larger holes up to 250mm (9-3/4”) the Gemini can mill holes with exceptional accuracy on diameter and concentricity.

TOOL CHANGER

Automatic tool change systems, managed by the CNC, having 8 or 24 positions allows to equip the line with all the necessary tools.

ADVANCED MILLING

Dedicated software upgrades allow special milling operations such as straight slots, special curve slots, countersinking, “Y” and “J” groove, and other special cycles.

EDGE BEVELLING BY LASER

In addition to milling operations, Gemini Laser can perform weld preps (V, Y, X, K) with laser bevelling.

DOUBLE GANTRY SYSTEM

Gemini systems can be combined in tandem with another Gemini or with our Kronos plate cutting systems to optimize the productivity and floor space with lower costs.

AUTOMATIC PARTS UNLOADING

Gemini can be integrated with a 4/6-axis robot (with single or dual magnetic system), and a Cartesian robot (equipped with a single magnet), both engineered to seamlessly handle a wide variety of part sizes, enhancing its productivity and automation.
