PARAMETERS MODULATION

The life of the blade and the cut quality are maintained by the automatic modulation of the cutting parameters during the working cycle.

DYNAMIC ADJUSTMENTS

Dynamic adjustments of the blade rotation speed and of the head feed during the complete cycle.

SPECIAL BLADE GUIDES

These sawing machines are furnished with a special blade guiding system. Three air operated supports reduce to the minimum the vibrations produced during the working cycle to ensure a high quality of the sawn piece.

Reduction of the blade vibrations thanks to the dimensioning of the main components.

Reduction of the sawing time thanks to the adjustment of the blade rotation speed and of the sawing head feeding speed.

Electronic system with the latest Siemens PLC with digital modular cards to check and control the machine cycles.
