Whistleblowing

This procedure governs the entire whistleblowing management process, including the procedures for the forwarding, receipt, filing and custody, investigation, ascertainment and communication of the outcome and archiving of whistleblowing disclosures, in accordance with the principles introduced by Directive (EU) 2019/1937 – transposed by Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10.03.2023 – concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and national regulations, implementing the principles contained within the Organisational Model on the management of reports relevant for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 for those Companies that have it.
