Ficep Academy is the confirmation of our educational philosophy. We have always been committed to the sharing of competences and know-how, and with this over 3.000 square meters (32,000 square feet) structure we offer a truly unique experience for the users of Ficep’s technology.
Ficep Academy aims at providing constant updating in the six training rooms and in the two conference rooms where training courses are organized.
Ficep Academy is also used as a conference room to hold technical workshops and specialized forums organized by themes.
Targeted customers will be invited according to their respective production and their geographical market. Professional speakers both from inside and outside of Ficep, will focus on a sector (such as the production of pylons) and will examine the most suitable technological and productive solutions.
Frequently, our customers build complete factories. Besides the single machines, then, it is necessary to study the whole plant layout to obtain the required production: we can satisfy these customers and supply turn-key plants.
Our engineering office consist of a staff who in the course of their respective professional careers, have gained exceptional competence and experience.
