Our solution in details
The GEMINI is the complete solution for the processing of plates for all size service centers and steel fabricators. It’s capable of processing light or heavy plates carrying out thermal cutting, marking, milling, drilling, tapping, chamfering and more on one single working station with unprecedent productivity and accuracy.
This goal is reached at a lower cost, since the overall system size is reduced and the investment/productivity ratio is excellent.
These peculiar characteristics make GEMINI the perfect solution for the production of the construction components for earth moving and agricultural machines, mobile telescopic lift vehicles and cement mixers.
This sector requires complex production processes which necessarily involve the optimized, fast and efficient manufacturing of the most diverse mix of final parts. Typically, the parts are of different thickness and size, but ready to be assembled in the most flexible way, according to the order to be fulfilled.
The GEMINI is capable to carry out all mechanical operations, such as drilling, milling, tapping, etc., as well as plasma or oxy-fuel cutting on one single working station. This eliminates the need to move the material for one work center to the next. All still maintaining the advantage of satisfying strict technical requirements in terms of precision.

Kronos are robust “gantry style” lines studied for thermal cutting operations on large plates. Typical applications would be for the processing of connection plates, gussets, stiffeners, etc. from stock material to the finished part. This would entail carrying out all cutting operations as well as drilling, tapping and scribing on one single work station, without moving the material, and with one single operator.
