Legislative decree no. 231

In June 2001, the legislature enacted the Italian Legislative Decree n. 231 that introduces the legal responsibility of “administrative bodies” to illegal activities committed in the interest or benefit of the same.

FICEP SpA, in order to strengthen its internal control system to carry out its activities in accordance with conditions of fairness and transparency and prevent unlawful under the laws invoked, adopted a Model of Organization, Management and Control in line with the requirements of the Decree. 231/2001 (and subsequent amendments and additions) together with a CODE OF ETHICS.

The adoption of Model of Organization, Management and Control has resulted in the appointment of a Supervisory Board which has the task of supervising the functioning and observance of the Model, as well as updating them.
