3D-SCANNING & COMPONENT RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY

The 3D material recognition identifies the contours of the weldments passing through the system and recognizes parts such as bands, weldments, head plates and gaps.

The recorded data is used to control the painting machine. The coating guns are automatically and specifically switched on and off. Surface defects, overcoating and overspray are reduced. The quality is improved and the environment is protected. Extensive set-up work is no longer necessary.
