C’est en 1973<\/strong> que la premi\u00e8re ligne de per\u00e7age CNC monobroche pour l’usinage de profil\u00e9s en acier, appel\u00e9e PM 1200<\/strong> et fabriqu\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise Promat, a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite sur le march\u00e9. Ce mod\u00e8le r\u00e9volutionnaire \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’un dispositif de serrage brevet\u00e9 et, en peu de temps, n.6 de ces machines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues \u00e0 d’importants fabricants d’acier.<\/p>\n

Deux ans plus tard, en 1975<\/strong>, lors de l’exposition EMO<\/strong> \u00e0 Paris, une version semi-automatique et manuelle<\/strong> avec une capacit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement r\u00e9duite (1000 mm au lieu de 1200 mm), appel\u00e9e PM 1000<\/strong>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au monde. Cette machine \u00e9tait destin\u00e9e aux petits producteurs d’acier et co\u00fbtait 50 % de moins que son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur. Le succ\u00e8s de la PM 1000 a \u00e9t\u00e9 remarquable et a permis \u00e0 de nombreux entrepreneurs d’entrer sur le march\u00e9 du traitement semi-automatique.<\/p>\n

En 1977<\/strong>, la version CNC de la PM 1000<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e. Ce mod\u00e8le a connu un succ\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat et a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 stimuler les ventes sur un march\u00e9 de plus en plus concurrentiel.<\/p>\n

De 1973 \u00e0 1989, environ 200 de ces lignes de per\u00e7age monobroches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues dans le monde entier !<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reconnaissant le fort potentiel de cette machine et comprenant les possibilit\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s sur le march\u00e9 mondial, la filiale fran\u00e7aise de FICEP, FICEP France<\/a>, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en 1990 d’acqu\u00e9rir Promat Industrie<\/strong> et, en collaboration avec le si\u00e8ge italien, a poursuivi la production de ces machines \u00e0 succ\u00e8s \u00e0 Camblanes et Meynac, en France.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entre 1991 et 1995, 20 autres machines PM 1000 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produites et vendues. Face \u00e0 ce succ\u00e8s qui ne se d\u00e9ment pas, FICEP se lance dans le d\u00e9veloppement d’une nouvelle perceuse monobroche \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique, la 1001D.<\/strong> De 1996 \u00e0 2004, des centaines de machines de forage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9es et livr\u00e9es en France et \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n

En 2005<\/strong>, la demande croissante de perceuses monobroches a conduit FICEP \u00e0 introduire un nouveau mod\u00e8le, la VICTORY 11<\/strong>, avec une capacit\u00e9 de travail port\u00e9e \u00e0 1100 mm. Ce mod\u00e8le a connu un grand succ\u00e8s, avec de nombreuses ventes dans le monde entier en quelques ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

En 2010<\/strong>, la saga des perceuses monobroches CNC<\/strong> <\/a>s’est poursuivie avec la conception de l’EXCALIBUR, une machine d’une capacit\u00e9 de 1200 mm, \u00e9quip\u00e9e d’un changeur d’outils automatique et d’un axe horizontal auxiliaire pour le marquage, le fraisage et l’usinage de trous oblongs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La derni\u00e8re innovation a eu lieu en 2022, lorsque FICEP a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 la nouvelle EXCALIBUR 12<\/strong>, une version am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de la premi\u00e8re EXCALIBUR avec un nouveau design et des fonctionnalit\u00e9s avanc\u00e9es<\/strong>, apportant un nouveau souffle d’innovation \u00e0 l’industrie.<\/p>\n

Depuis le lancement de notre mod\u00e8le 1001D, des milliers d’unit\u00e9s de notre perceuse monobroche ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9es et install\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0dans le monde entier !<\/p>\n

Et l’histoire de FICEP continue, avec sa qu\u00eate permanente de perfection et d’innovation : en 2023, un nouveau pas est franchi avec le lancement d’un tout nouveau mod\u00e8le de machine monobroche, XBLADE, la ligne CNC pour le per\u00e7age, le taraudage, le fraisage et le sciage avec disque<\/a><\/strong>. Ce nouveau mod\u00e8le reprend toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques et tous les avantages de l’Excalibur, mais avec une conception enti\u00e8rement nouvelle et tr\u00e8s avanc\u00e9e. Il inclut \u00e9galement la coupe \u00e0 disque et l’usinage \u00e0 5 axes<\/strong> dans la m\u00eame cellule de travail, ce qui rend ce produit vraiment unique sur le march\u00e9<\/strong>. D’o\u00f9 le nom XBLADE : une EXCALIBUR (c\u00e9l\u00e8bre lame de guerre m\u00e9di\u00e9vale qui ne coupe pas) \u00e0 laquelle on a ajout\u00e9 une lame (dont le concept remonte \u00e0 une lame de guerrier utilis\u00e9e par les chevaliers au Moyen-\u00c2ge).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
