FICEP SPA, leading company in the metalworking industry, in order to strengthen its team, is looking for:

MECHANICAL WORKER

The successful candidate will join the Production Department and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, carrying out assembly, installation, and support activities involving mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience, even at an entry level, in the mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics field.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and/or electrical schematics.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components.

• Good knowledge of standard measuring instruments.

Required Skills

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Ability to use machinery, tools, and diagnostic equipment for assembly and maintenance activities.

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

• Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

What We Offer

• Working hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday (day shift).

• Annual gross salary: €25,000–€40,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
